Find Answers to Your Wellness Questions Here

  • As we are located on private property, all bookings will need to be made and confirmed in advance. This can be done here online or by calling us on 02 4502 8440

  • Yes. We have an indoor bathroom and also have an external private shower that can be used after your sauna. This is an additional charge as we need to cover cleaning and laundering expenses. Please add this onto your booking when making an appointment to also allow some extra time. We ask that showers be kept as brief as possible as we are on tank water here.

  • We have half day and full day hire options that vary depending on your needs. Half day is 4 hours and is $450. Full day (8 hours) is $700. We can also negotiate an hourly rate, depending on your needs. This is by application only and we are always open to discussing and tailoring something specifically to you. The best option is to fill in the enquiry form and let us know some more details

  • We have half day rental (4 hours) for $100 or Full day (8 hours) for $150. This again is by application only and we’d love to discuss further what your needs are. Fill in our enquiry form and share some more details.

  • At this stage, we can only offer day hire of our space and no overnight stays are available. You can however apply to hire the space for 2 consecutive days for your event. Contact us to discuss your upcoming retreat.

Many people approach me saying, "I don’t know how or why, but I feel like I need to work with you in some way." I don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach to my service work. Honestly, I've always struggled to box myself up neatly—it feels so limiting! I prefer to connect with you directly and hear what’s going on in your life to see how I can best support you.

If you’ve read my book, you’ll know that I work a lot with the cycles of transformation and metamorphosis that the caterpillar goes through on its way to becoming a butterfly. Often, the people that come to work with me are at the caterpillar stage. They don’t really know what they need, where they’re going, or what to do next. They often feel quite lost. This is where I love to be invited into your journey.

But here’s the thing: I don’t give you the answers! I hold a divine space and offer tools for you to hear the answers yourself. The wisdom and guidance are already within you; I help to quiet the noise so you can tap into it.

So how does it work?

My 1:1 sessions can be done in person or via Zoom and last around 90 minutes. After our initial 15-minute connection call, I will receive guidance on what will be in your highest good to work on in our first session. These sessions are tailored specifically to you, and I always work with the energy present in the moment. There’s no cookie-cutter model of healing and transformation here!

I combine all my resources, lived experience, wisdom, and intuitive guidance with my knowledge of multiple fields, including health and wellness, essential oils, yoga, burnout, the process of transformation, shadow work, writing, soul chart readings, space holding, energy clearing, women's circles, heart activations, intuitive guidance, and high-frequency channeled guidance. These sessions are deeply transformational because they are tailored to exactly what you need.
