Transformation isn’t just about change—it’s about moving through life’s transitions with awareness, trust, and ease. Just like the butterfly, we experience natural phases of growth and evolution, yet we often resist the process. This six-week Yin Yoga immersion is a space to pause, reflect, and gently explore the four stages of transformation, using Yin as a tool for deep connection, surrender, and integration. Each 90-minute session includes: ✨ Foundational teachings on the four stages of transformation ✨ Mindfulness, breathwork & guided meditation ✨ A grounding Yin Yoga practice to support each phase of change The 6-Week Journey & What You’ll Experience: 🌱 Week 1 – Laying the Foundation: Connection & Intention Setting Before transformation begins, we create space for it. In this session, we set intentions, connect as a group, and explore the role of Yin Yoga in supporting this journey. 🦋 Week 2 – Caterpillar: Awareness & Curiosity Every transformation begins with a call for change. This week, we explore self-inquiry, slowing down, and tuning into the body’s wisdom as we step into something new. 🦋 Week 3 – Cocoon: Surrendering to What Is The cocoon is a space of deep trust. Here, we learn to soften into the present moment rather than force the next step, using Yin to regulate the nervous system, cultivate patience, and allow transformation to unfold. 🦋 Week 4 – Emergence: Letting Go Growth can be uncomfortable. This session focuses on moving through resistance, releasing what no longer serves us, and embracing change with more love and acceptance. 🦋 Week 5 – Butterfly: Embodiment & Integration True transformation isn’t just about the shift—it’s about learning to embody who we are becoming. We explore how Yin supports integration, balance, and alignment in daily life. ✨ Week 6 – Closing & Integration: Reflection & Intentions for the Path Ahead As we complete our journey, we take time to reflect, share, and set intentions for what’s next, carrying the lessons of Yin forward into our lives. This workshop is for anyone navigating transition, seeking stillness, or longing for deeper self-connection. Whether you’re stepping into change or simply craving a space to slow down, this journey offers a safe and supportive space to land, breathe, and gently step into your next chapter.
