Cancellation Policy

- All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full prior to your booking being confirmed. - We require 12 hours notice if you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule your appointment time to avoid loss of your service. No shows will result in full payment of service being due. - If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, please inform our staff before attending your appointment. - No shoes are to be worn into the studio space. Please leave them outside the door - No food is to be taken into and or consumed in the studio. As per our terms & conditions, please advise your teacher or facilitator if you have any injuries or if there’s any medical conditions they will need to be aware of. If this is your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes prior to your commencement time to allow for a brief introduction to our space.
